LDA Treatment
LDA is administered by way of small intradermal injections, usually in the forearm, with most patients receiving one or two per treatment. Over 60% of patients see improvement after the first treatment, with the majority responding by the third. About 1 in 25 patients do not respond with strongly positive results until they have had 6 treatments. The overall success rate ranges from 65-95%, depending on the condition.
Most patients must follow a three-day diet and avoid certain medications around treatment days. Despite this, LDA offers a unique advantage in treating conditions that often resist traditional therapies, including eczema, migraines, urticaria (hives), ADD/ADHD, Tourette’s, and Raynaud’s. It is especially effective for angioedema and life-threatening food allergies, such as peanut or shellfish anaphylaxis, providing life-saving protection.
